Have fun exploring the Gallatin Valley this fall!
It’s fall in Bozeman and colors are starting to turn! I recommend you get outside and enjoy it before we get a cold snap and it’s all gone. Looking for a few fun things to do this season? Here’s some suggestions!

· Visit the Bozeman Maze: Located on Valley Center Road the annual Bozeman Maze is always a festive event! Open Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at various times the Bozeman Maze offers fun for the whole family. Explore your way through the maze, enjoy some cider or hot cocoa and take advantage of the fall setting for some photos. Learn more at their website: https://bozemanmaze.com/

· Visit the Gallatin Valley Botanical at Rocky Creek Farm: You can visit their location Tuesday – Sunday to drop off apples to be pressed, pick up cider or pumpkins. They also offer opportunities to visit their farm animals, take a hay wagon ride and have a picnic! These activities require a reservation. Visit their website to learn more: https://www.gallatinvalleybotanical.com/

· Tour the Alpacas of Montana Farm: Get to meet the alpacas and learn more about their operation! They offer farm tours three times a day starting at 10:00 am; tours last approximately 1.5 hours. This is more than just observing the animals – you’ll get to feed, walk and possibly hold the animals as you learn more about them. · Hike any one of the surrounding trails to experience the fall colors close up! Some of my favorites this time of year are Peets Hill, Triple Tree and South Cottonwood, but any trail will provide you with a beautiful setting. Please follow trail etiquette and be bear aware!

· Museum of the Rockies’ “Dragons, Unicorns & Mermaids: Mythic Creatures” exhibit: This whimsical exhibit runs through January 5, 2025. The interactive experience will dive into the origins of legends and mythical creatures. While you’re at the museum it’s always worth walking around the entire place and taking in a planetarium show! · Downtown Trick or Treating: Hosted by local downtown businesses from 4:00 – 6:00 pm on October 31 the Downtown Trick or Treating is a fun event for kids of all ages! Dress up and join us at the Berkshire Hathaway office for some treats and drinks. We’re located at 37 S Willson Ave, on the corner of Willson Ave and Babcock Street. I’m still deciding on my costume but will absolutely be there!

· Visit Norris Hot Springs: You’ll enjoy a soak in the natural hot springs as well as the drive over. The road from Bozeman follows the Madison River for part of the drive offering a scenic travel route and the possibility of seeing wildlife. Open Thursday through Monday from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm. You can also book a private party soak on Wednesdays! Learn more at their website: https://www.norrishotsprings.com/

· Take a trail ride in Big Sky: Reach out to Jake’s Horses and plan your exciting trail ride in Big Sky, Montana. Whether you want to go out for an hour or all day, they have options for you! Bring a friend or a whole group and go explore the gorgeous landscape. They offer trail rides all year long but this time of year would be a perfect time to go!
